Building the UP Applications Platform for Mr. Tudor Lungu

The Challenge

Mr. Tudor Lungu envisioned a social networking tool designed to foster real-life connections based on mutual interests, language, and proximity. The platform needed to support real-time interactions, geolocation-based social discovery, status updates, and an intuitive admin interface—delivered as mobile applications (iOS & Android) and a web-based admin portal. The challenge was to design, develop, and deploy the platform in just 3 months, with scalability, CI/CD automation, and a seamless user experience.

The Solution

Mobile Applications (Flutter) for iOS and Android to unify development under a single codebase.
Admin Web Portal for managing users via magic link authentication and rich search/edit capabilities.
