A confidential client required an AI-powered solution to process complex engineering documents — including part drawings, process sheets, and material specifications — and extract critical structured data for quoting and industrialization.

Their existing process relied on manual reading and transcription into spreadsheets, which was:

  • Time-intensive – Slowed project timelines and reduced quoting speed.
  • Error-prone – Introduced inconsistencies and inaccuracies in extracted data.
  • Difficult to scale – Could not keep pace with growing document volumes.

The objective was to automate document scanning and summarization into standardized Excel/JSON outputs, enabling faster turnaround, higher accuracy, and scalability.

  • Data Mapping & Standardization – Normalized extracted data into a consistent schema.

  • Structured Output Generator – Produced Excel and JSON files ready for quoting and analysis.

  • Results Dashboard – Provided search, filtering, and preview of processed data, along with error flagging.
